Books
Books will be available for purchase. Authors will be available for the book signing.
Seating
You and your guests do not need to stop at the registration desk upon arrival. When the doors open you may proceed directly to your table. Attached to this email is a chart of host names and corresponding table assignments. There will also be a poster in the lobby with this information.
Breakout Groups
An envelope with breakout group tickets will be on your table when you arrive. Please distribute the tickets to the guests at your table.
Vegetarians
Tickets for pre-arranged vegetarian meals will be at the welcome table.

Transportation
The Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is only 20 minutes from Pasadena! Thank you for making the journey.
We recommend carpooling or arranging a ride share service with Uber or Lyft.
The 7th Street/Metro Center light rail station is a few steps from the Sheraton’s front door. Take Line A direct from Pasadena.
Parking
If you drive yourself, parking will be a breeze.
Valet Parking at the Sheraton costs $22 for the day, and is accessible from the main entrance of the hotel at 711 S. Hope Street.
You may self-park at The BLOC, directly adjacent to the Sheraton and accessible from Hope Street, 8th Street, or Flower Street. Self-park costs $13 with a validation ticket that you must pick up from us at the welcome table.
Two private parking lots – Joe’s Auto Park and Athena Parking – are across the street from the Sheraton.
Photography and Video
Please be advised that by attending this event you and your guests consent to being photographed and filmed for documentary and publicity purposes.
Refunds
According to our stated policy, we cannot issue refunds. Purchasers who decide not to attend in person will be able to see videos of the ballroom authors after the event on the PFWA website.
