Books
Books will be available for purchase. Authors will be available for the book signing.
Seating
Tables: We will send your number via email so you can tell your guests. This information will also be on an easel in the lobby.
Single Tickets: Go to the welcome desk for your table number.
Breakout Groups
An envelope with breakout group tickets will be on your table when you arrive. Please distribute the tickets to the guests at your table.
Vegetarians
Tickets for pre-arranged vegetarian meals will be at the welcome table.

Please be advised that by attending this event, you and your guests consent to being photographed and filmed for documentary and publicity purposes.
Refunds
According to our stated policy, we cannot issue refunds. Purchasers who decide not to attend in person will be able to see videos of the ballroom authors after the event on the PFWA website.
